Philip Antonacci’s passion for racing was instilled from a young age, growing up in a family deeply embedded in the sport. His roots run deep in harness racing, where he gained firsthand experience working with some of the top trainers and breeders in the industry. This foundation in Standardbred racing instilled in him a keen understanding of horse development, conditioning, and management—principles that seamlessly translate into the world of Thoroughbred racing.
To refine his expertise, Philip was selected for the Godolphin Flying Start, one of the most prestigious global management and leadership programs in the racing industry. Through this elite two-year program, he trained and worked with leading professionals across the world, gaining invaluable experience in training methodologies, bloodstock management, veterinary care, and racing operations.
His time with Godolphin, a global powerhouse in Thoroughbred racing, solidified his ability to integrate data-driven decision-making with traditional horsemanship, creating a performance-based system tailored to each horse’s needs.
